How does GRM work?

The Grief Recovery Method is a programme of guided self-help for those who have experienced losses in their life due to the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of health, career, identity or one of over 40 significant life events that result in feelings of grief.

The course consists of 7 sessions where you will learn how to let go of the pain to enjoy your positive memories and lead a happier life.

How is GRM different?

The method is structured as a series of small steps in a particular order and within proven conditions, facilitating the understanding and completion of all unresolved business related to the loss.
